If I haven't expressed this enough yet, I love our neighborhood. Ashley and I went for a long walk to explore around our new home tonight and had so much fun. Ate at Shack Shack for dinner and it was delish...UH-MAZING.

I've been here for almost three full weeks and have not seen one celebrity.  Ashley's been here for a total of two days and spotted Alan Cummings off Times Square last night. I guess I live in a cloud. I did dream I spotted Andy Samberg on the street the other day. Wish that at least counted. Continuing on, Ashley and I walked through Times Square, and discussed plans to do the NYC touristy things for the next year. Just because I live here now, doesn't mean that I don't still want to go to Broadway shows...and SNL tapings (front row?!)...and take pictures in Times Square...

Have you watched the new Modern Family yet? If you have, have you finished laughing out loud yet? Watched it tonight and could not contain myself as usual.

I got to wake up to the sun coming up over the river this morning, as I had anticipated. It was absolutely beautiful. I am in love with where I live: the neighborhood, the building, my apartment, my view. Everything about it, I literally cannot believe how well this worked out in the end. All the frustration and headaches through the whole search process was all worth it in the end:
